What is Galentine’s Day?! Oh it’s only the BEST day of the year! In the words of Amy Poehler’s emblematic character Leslie Knope on Parks and Rec, here’s what Galentine’s Day is: “Every February 13th, my lady friends and I leave our husbands and our boyfriends at home, and we just come and kick it, breakfast-style. Ladies celebrating ladies. It’s like Lilith Fair, minus the angst. Plus frittatas.”

Of course, I love my husband and I think traditional Valentine’s Day is sweet, but my besties deserve to be celebrated too! Plus, you guys know that I enjoy anything sassy, silly, and pink.
